Developing people has been the core of my career — from designing learning and development platforms for a 25,000-person technology workforce to coaching leaders one-on-one. Today I work with professionals who want to sharpen how they communicate, present and lead.

Language training for professionals

I am a dual native speaker of English and German. That is rarer than it sounds — and genuinely useful: I can give you precise, contrastive feedback on how German grammar and idiom influence your English (or the other way around), instead of generic textbook corrections.
