About

I’m Peter Vogt, a technology leader and educator based in Wrocław, Poland. My career spans more than 25 years across London, Singapore and Poland, mostly in financial technology: I started as a quant developer building risk systems, went on to lead fixed-income trading technology, and later ran regional technology organizations of up to 450 people at Credit Suisse.

What has stayed constant throughout is a focus on people. Building a organization is ultimately about developing the people inside it — which is why much of my later work centered on learning and development: co-designing a global, skills-based L&D platform for a technology workforce of roughly 25,000, running workshops and hackathons, and coaching leaders one-on-one.

I’m a dual native speaker of English and German, conversational in Indonesian, and these days also spending time on applied AI and machine learning — a field I first worked in back in the early 1990s, co-founding two neural-network startups doing econometric forecasting.
